Returns & Exchange Policy
At Shades of Her, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with your purchase. If you’re unsatisfied, please review our return and exchange guidelines below.
Returns & Exchanges Guidelines
- Full-priced items are eligible for an exchange or refund within 7 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we cannot process any returns or exchanges beyond this period.
- Items purchased on sale or during flash sales/promotions, including promotional discount codes, can only be exchanged for products of equal or greater value due to sizing issues. No refunds/returns on sale products.
- Certain sale items are marked as “final sale” on their product page and are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or credit notes.
Checklist for Returns
Before sending items back, ensure the following:
- Items must be unworn, unaltered, undamaged, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags intact.
- Items must not be marked, sprayed with perfume, or show any signs of wear.
- We reserve the right to decline returns that fail to meet these standards.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Instagram DM: Send us a direct message with your order number, screenshot of the order confirmation, and reason for return/exchange.
- Email Us: Alternatively, email us at shadesofher.apparels@gmail.com with the subject line: “(Order No) + EXCHANGE / RETURN.” Include the order details and your reason for return/exchange.
- Call Us: Contact our customer support at +91-9216319888 for further assistance.
Important Notes
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not liable for lost or unreceived items.
- Reverse Pickups: Reverse pickups are not available. Customers must ship items back to us.
- Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return/exchange.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the item. Refunds will exclude shipping costs and will be credited to your original payment method.
